"The way to develop the best that is in a person is by appreciation and encouragement" ~ Charles M. Schwab

Recently I asked myself if I've dreamt 'big' enough.I know it has been an awesome ride so far and I have listened intently to my inner voice but on occasion I need to plant my feet squarely on the ground and review the past week, the past month and all of the authentic connections I have formed in between. It's time to review the special people that have become my inner circle: so far they have all blossomed into powerful connections on a personal level. In order to keep multiple authentic relationships that are built on friendship and respect they have to nurtured. We have to consistently keep investing in them by giving something of ourselves. Take a leap forward to strengthen those relationships and never take them for granted be it power partners or clients.

Only Two Common Words

"Thank you" means something much more intense than just two common words. Nurture the power of gratitude, think of it as your personal culture, help keep it growing and the feelings of gratitude will blossom and generate good will allowing you to focus on success. Being thankful for those around us ultimately helps keep us sane when we are on an emotional roller coaster, so think of gratitude as a magic potent.

A Healthy Climate For Success

Gratitude allows acknowledgment of recent challenges and generates a strong focus on accomplishments. Gratitude motivates your team members and allows all of you to focus more on success rather than any mistakes. It helps you to grow into a great leader because it is so easy to follow someone who shows they appreciate all you do for them. This climate builds healthy morale, so they in turn can reciprocate the positive effects of this.

Gertrude Stein said "Silent gratitude isn't much use to anyone." So, instead of silence, try to openly show appreciation and gratitude as often as necessary. You will easily get to enjoy the rewards of being intentional about expressing appreciation, it can be contagious!

I cannot say it often enough, "People do not care what you know until they know that you care."
